We are looking to expand our Customer Support group.  We are in search of a software support representative for our Visual Shop software.  We are looking for an energetic, hard working, punctual, self disciplined individual to fill this extremely important position.  Applicants must possess excellent customer relation skills, and be able to communicate effectively, adjusting to our user’s knowledge level.  Visual Shop experience and / or heat treating experience are a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer support related phone calls from customers.
• Maintain excellent customer relations.
• Work directly with our customers, via telephone / internet to address their issues and concerns.
• Test problems.
• Help in product documentation.
• Training our customers in the use of our software.
• Work with our customers on customizations to our software.
• Assist with the installation of customer software upgrades.
