CSI Technical Services

Many new customers purchase a fully configured Server from CSI. The reason being is that we know how to set it up for Visual Shop. We then ship the server to the customer fully configured and ready to go.

Those that don't have an IT department or a relationship with a local IT company will often have us create a complete turnkey package for them. We then support the system remotely.

To help our customers maximize their up time and protect their data, CSI offers the following services;

  • System Watch - It continuously monitors your computer hardware & critical services. At the first sign of trouble, it will identify and report problems before they escalate into full blown disasters. This service will minimize hardware failure and the time spent to resume operation.   • Visual Safe - An online backup service. Each night your database will be backed up to the CSI Data Center via the Internet. The off site backup is fully encrypted and uses an ecryption key which only you know. If the backup fails to run properly, an email is automatically sent to alert you that there is a problem. This service protects you against loss of data do to; hardware crash, fire, flood, theft, and other disasters.

Our Technical Services group can also do the following;

  • Provide network and hardware solutions
  • Provide hardware for the shop floor.
  • Ongoing network and hardware support
  • PC repair
  • Website development and hosting
  • High speed Internet access
  • Ability to research and provide hardware / software solutions for unique customer problems.

CSI provides; Servers, signature pads, shop floor tracking hardware, label printers, bar code readers, wireless bar code readers, wireless rugged laptops, terminal services and CITRIX, Visual Truck hardware, Visual Net support, PCs and much more.
