• Quarterly newsletter - each quarter we send out a newsletter to all our customers letting them know what is going on at CSI. Included is a list of new features that we have added since the last quarter. All customers have access to these new features. We also have sales on Visual Shop and other services that we provide.
• Customer Survey / Polls - We periodically send out survey / polls to our customers to find out how we are doing.
• Random Customer Visits - Whenever we travel, we try and visit our customers.
• Daily list of changes via the Internet - As new features are added to Visual Shop, they are posted on the Internet in the Downloads section.

Since our first user conference in 2000, we have been putting on a conference almost every year for our customers. It has been extremely useful to CSI and to our customers. The 2004 conference was held in Chicago and the weather was not to good. Therefore, based on customer insistence, the 2005 user conference was held in Orlando. The 2007 User conference was held in May at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas.

Because we want to get open and frank comments from our customers, the conference is open only to customers. If someone is having a problem, we want to hear it. We can't fix it if we don't know it exists. If there were prospects around it might inhibit someone from speaking their mind.

The conference consists of in depth classes on Visual Shop. Classes cover everything from new user implementation to advanced report writing. In addition we have guest speakers. We have classes for everyone. We also host various functions so that we all can get together and learn from each other.
